Amjed Thafer joined the company in August 2013 as a projects manager and has a strong background in the tunneling industry with over 17 years of experience in micro-tunneling, horizontal directional drilling and open face. In his role, he oversees the operation of his MT and HDD machines and the organization of their respective workers.

He is also responsible for building business relationships between contractors and dynamically manages each project from initiation to completion. Amjed has built an extensive network across Saudi Arabia and has facilitated the awarding of numerous projects.

Thafer plays a key role in the management of the technical office and engineering department. His skills include strong knowledge of planning, estimating, bidding, scheduling, tracking, procurement and logistics, and warehousing.
