Scope

Providing end-to-end solutions and expertise in the installation of underground utility tunneling such as “sewerage, potable water, stormwater, crude oil, gas pipelines, and pipe conduits for electrical and telecom cables”, by using various trenchless construction methodologies such as Microtunneling “MT” and Horizontal Directional Drilling “HDD”.

  • Improve the provided services to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve complaints quickly and satisfactorily, respond to other feedback on time, and use the complaint and feedback process to help identify and eliminate the root cause of customer dissatisfaction, and as a mechanism for identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and diseases commensurate with the company’s opportunities, size, context, and the nature of occupational safety and health risks and occupational safety and health opportunities, eliminate hazards, and reduce occupational health and safety risks and environmental impacts.

STCC’s Top management will also support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their area of responsibility.

Top management will also ensure the integration of the integrated management system into the organization’s business processes and promote the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking, ensuring compliance with applicable relevant requirements (technical, legal, and others).

Areas for improvement need to be identified and acted on with professional efficiency. Resources; both technical and human, will be focused on preventing quality deficiencies to fulfill the ultimate goal of “doing things right the first time and returning home safe”.
