Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Technique :
Horizontal directional drilling technology is a construction method used to cross obstacles found along the pipeline route, such as roads, railways, rivers, etc. This is a trenchless construction method that avoids cutting and/or interruption of obstacles.
HDD is the application of the proven directional drilling technique, used in a way to extend service lines for electricity, water, telecommunications and petroleum pipe line.
Our horizontal directional drilling (HDD) rigs utilize American equipment made by the manufacturer Ditch Witch and include the following:
- Suitable for installing steel pipes in diameters from Ø 8-20 inches
- Suitable for installing HDPE pipes conduit in diameters from OD110-OD700mm
- Suitable for installing steel pipes in diameters from Ø 8-34 inches
- Suitable for installing HDPE pipes conduit in diameters from OD110-OD900mm
