Scope of work : Installation of Ø34-inch Steel Casing Pipes, then insertion of Ø600mm ductile iron Pipes inside casing underneath Several Roads, (9 locations).

Project Facts:

• This project was started concurrently with the RIYADH METRO project. Thus, the client had very limited time frame to complete this project (6 months) which considered relatively a short period of time to complete the awarded scope of work.
• The client had requested at least two micro tunneling subcontractors to execute this project for the above reason and since the crossing located in different areas with required inter-area movement and permits.

Critical success factors:

• Provided a suitable team of well-experienced staff.
• Working nonstop 24hours/7 days.
