• Prevention of incidents, injuries and pollution to the environment by fostering HSE culture throughout the organization;
• Setting and reviewing of clear objectives and responsibilities for Health & safety and Environment performance across all levels of the organization
• Monitoring performance to ensure that operational controls are effective and objectives and targets are being achieved
• Establishing methods for identifying hazards and aspects, assessing risk and impact, and reducing risk to an acceptable level;
• Compliance with all applicable HSE legal and other requirements;
• Ensure that appropriate information, instruction, training, supervision and resources are provided to all employees and contractors in order to achieve our objectives;
• Communicating with all employees and other interested parties on matters that affect their Health & safety or Environment;
• Preservation of natural resources through conservation of energy and minimization of waste generation and emissions.

We endeavor to continually improve the effectiveness of our Health & Safety and Environment Management System.

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the nature, scale, environmental impacts, and risks of our activities and services provided. This policy will be made available and communicated to all employees of Saudi Tunneling Company for Contracting (STCC) and all other interested parties.
