Magdy Allam has over 50 years’ experience in the engineering, construction, and mining industries. Board member of Hassan Allam Holding, Egypt. He is a prominent and one of the most successful businessmen in Egypt and the Arab world. He is the man who dreamed and fulfilled to establish a tunneling company by aiming at the growing demands of tunneling services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Angari | Member of Board of Directors

Abdulaziz Al-Angari has over 22 years of experience in construction, banking, investment and real estate. He started his career as a banker working for several leading multinational organizations such as Citibank, Arab Bank and Gulf Finance House. He is a Board Member and CEO of Al-Angari Company; a leading Saudi conglomerate company, a position he held since 2010.

He is also a member of several local and international non-profit organizations.

Mohey-Eldin Ahmed Mahmoud | Chairman of Board of Directors

Mohey Ahmed joined Hassan Allam Construction (HAC) in 1987 and currently serves as Managing Director (Projects Control) & Board Member since 2016. He held the position of Commercial Director of HAC since 2010 and has been serving various functions in the firm for the past 31 years.

He played a key role in developing the construction business, and occupied various roles in spearheading Power plants construction, Water and waste water facilities and industrial projects by leading various teams to successfully complete these contracts, and play a key role in developing the construction business.

He is the Chairman of National pipe company one of the Subsidiaries of HAC and a leading manufacture concrete pipes in Egypt since 2005.

He is a Board Member since 2018 in Power Generation Engineering and services Company (PGESCO) an affiliate of HAC company. PGESCO is an EPCM Engineering company that provides Engineering, Procurement and construction management services for all kinds of power plants, water and waste water plants, desalination plants, transmission lines and substations.

He holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ein Shams university in Cairo and successfully participated in the Professional Project Management program in the American University in Cairo from year 1994 till year 1996.

Khalid Mustafa HASAN | CEO

Khalid Hasan is the key personnel for the formulation of STCC with the participation of Magdy Allam. He has over 23 years of extensive hands-on experience and in the thrust boring industry of more than 17 years. And has got track record with proven delivery of results, excellent capabilities in tunneling and non-disruptive road crossing’s works, Micro−tunneling, Pipe Jacking, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Auger boring techniques. He was the Director of Operations in Thrust-boring Construction Company (TCC), Dammam (Tamimi Group of Companies).

Amjed Afeef Thafer | Projects Manager

Amjed Thafer joined the company in August 2013 as a Technical Manager. He has 12 years of extensive experience in Micro-tunneling, HDD and pipe jacking sectors. He is supervising and controlling over MT & HDD machines and the formation of its crew. He is the key personnel to develop the business with small & large contractors and responsible for each project from the beginning till the completion of work. He has wide relations across Saudi regions to facilitate contracting of many projects. As well as he performs a vital role in the preparation and establishment of the technical office. Has excellent proficiency in planning, estimating, tendering, scheduling, follow up, procurement & logistics and warehouse management.

Faruk Cem Yuksel | MT Operations Manager

Faruk Yuksel joined the company in March 2011 as a Superintendent of Micro-tunneling Division. He has more than 20 years of broad experience and knowledge in Trenchless technical field. Plans, organizes, and performs activities associated with each MT projects.

Ahmed Farouk Elsayed | Construction Manager

Ahmed Farouk joined the company in January 2016. He worked as Project Manager at our sister division Hasan Allam Construction, Jeddah. He has over 17 years of experience in infrastructure networks, strategic projects like big tanks, pump stations, Civil works, etc. Excellent capabilities in shaft construction techniques for water & sewer network by using the open-cut method with different required depth in many kinds of soil. He has excellent proficiency in planning, estimating, tendering, etc.

Talal Al-Ghamdi | HR Manager

Talal Al-Ghamdi joined the company in 2017, familiar with the Saudi laws and regulations. He has extensive vision and experience in his working life for more than 20 years. He holds a Bachelor degree in  Business Administration.

Wael Mohamed Saad | Finance Director

Wael Saad joined the company in June 2019. He comes with a strong background over 22 years in financial reporting, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts. Investigate ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions. He has an extensive experience as a financial manager for a various business scopes like contraction works, retail and manufacturing in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Abdul Qadeer Khan | Workshop Manager

Abdul Qadeer Khan is having 11 years of hands-on experience in the Micro-tunneling sector of which 5 years of experience in operating AVN600 to AVN2000 machines for STCC. He has sound experience in all types of Electrical, Mechanical & Tunneling Equipment works. He worked in the Tamimi Group of companies in Saudi Arabia & Kuwait Projects.
